Candace Cameron grows gracefully with age. At 44, it’s clear that she has been taking good care of her body. As with her diet, she mostly eats healthy food like vegetables and fruits. Lean protein and fish are also included in her meals. Candace consumes beef, but only once a month. She doesn’t drink soda or coffee with her diet but occasionally indulges in a glass of wine. Furthermore, she’s mindful of the amount of gluten she consumes and limits sugar in her diet.
Most people who are trying to reduce weight count calories, but not Candace. She sometimes even eats junk food! Another strategy she does is she always packs healthy snacks wherever she goes. Along with her healthy diet, Candace also works out and does hula hoops in her house. Moreover, she always makes sure to have enough sleep hours—essential investments for a healthy body.
