REBEL WILSON – 60 POUNDS

After declaring 2020 as her “Year of Health” on social media, Rebel Wilson has achieved her goal bodyweight of 75 kilograms. According to Wilson, it was not about the numbers but to be healthy—she needed a tangible measurement as a target. On Instagram, Wilson shared the fitness and diet tips she adopted to lose 60 pounds. Though it’s been difficult for her to lose weight due to emotional eating and genetics, Wilson managed to stay committed to achieving her weight loss goal.

While Wilson has already achieved the bodyweight she set for herself; she still maintained a healthy lifestyle this year. Her diet includes high-protein, low-carb meals, and she avoids sugar and junk food. She’s following the Mayr Method for her daily meals, which consist of homemade bread, spinach, organic eggs, fruits, and vegetables. Still, her diet is mainly centered on chicken breast and fish like salmon, aiming for a balanced daily meal—suitable investments for a healthy body.
