JORDIN SPARKS – 50 POUNDS
In 2011, Jordin Sparks graced a bikini cover for Shape magazine, showing off her toned and slender body. Jordin began her healthy lifestyle when she decided she wanted to feel happy and fit. After that, she slowly shed off some pounds by taking walks around her neighborhood and by ditching naps. Gradually, she incorporated hiking and working out into her weight loss plan. From there, she took Zumba classes as a fun way to burn away fat.
However, she saw significant weight loss when she changed her diet. She has managed her meal portions and avoided drinks and snacks with sugar. Following her lifestyle and diet change, she posted a photo of herself in a bikini on social media and showed how slender and fit her body now is. Jordin’s investments in her body paid off because she landed a role in the musical-drama movie Sparkle in 2012.
