Tango at $108,000 – George Clooney

George Clooney received two Primetime Emmy Awards for his role as Dr. Doug Ross in the medical drama series ER. It was to be expected given his excellent performance in the series. Not only that, but Clooney is also a well-recognized name both as an actor and a director. Appearing in movies like Out of Sight, Ocean’s Eleven, and The Ides of March has made the actor well-known internationally.

The actor stands 1.8 meters tall so it is quite a surprise when he purchased a Tango for himself. This cute car is only less than 3 meters long, about half the usual size of a car. One factor that attracted Clooney to the vehicle is that it runs purely on electricity, powered by four lithium batteries on each wheel. It can also potentially solve the issue of traffic congestion, given its size–it can split lanes, like a motorcycle. It also comes with a decent 0 to 60 at 3.2 seconds.
