Fortunately, Smith has all the support of his family and friends and reached another milestone — he lost 50 pounds more. What was the secret to his success? Aside from walking every day, the actor, director, writer, and producer said that he stayed away from sugary drinks, and that his daughter introduced him to a plant-based diet.
