Famous pop singer Pharrell Williams paid around $12.5 million for his real estate in Miami back in 2007. However, for some unknown reason, he posted his beloved 9,080-square-foot mansion for sale. Later on, he tried to sell it in 2013 for $16.8 million. But, he didn’t find a buyer until he lowered the price to $11 million. His current home right now is a $30 million worth in Coral Gables, Florida, and it is also a waterfront property with 3.5 acres and a 17,000 square foot living area.
