Together with her husband, Seth Gabel, the actress invested a hefty amount of $2.92 million for getting this property, and the couple seemed to be satisfied with their purchase. A few years down the line, they listed the property for sale at a discounted price, and the new owner was able to get the luxury estate for $2.35 million, which is a few hundred thousand short of the original price.
